The resort season is finally here, how interesting!
You excited or are you afraid of holidays, when it comes to food and drink & potentially gain weight?
I’m sure you’ve been good all year, maybe you’ve even started a new healthy lifestyle and have had success in burning, that some of the hard to move the body fat. If I ask you which of these two categories you say you fit in?
1. “This is a holiday, so I’ll eat whatever I want, because in January I’ll go on a diet and lose all the weight that I have received.” (unfortunately, rarely happens!)

2. “I promise myself that I have a couple of treats, but that’s all. I can control myself.” (unfortunately, is rarely either!)
